Dasic Foam Off CF has been developed as a highly efficient, cost-effective product for cleaning food processing areas where a conventional foaming product is required. Dasic Foam Off CF will produce high levels of long lasting foam which will readily remove the fats and proteins associated with abattoirs and food processing areas. 

USE PROCEDURES 

Dasic Foam Off CF may be applied through most conventional foam generators. A dilution range of between 3 - 5 % in water is recommended to produce an effective stable foam. After a dwell time of approximately 20 minutes the surface should be rinsed, preferably with hot water. In particularly difficult areas a second foam application combined with some padding or brushing will give improved results. 

Dasic Foam Off CF may be applied by hand for cleaning of equipment or surfaces. Best results will be obtained when the product is diluted to 0.5 - 2% in warm water (40 - 50°C). 

Dasic Foam Off CF also functions as an effective specialised floor cleaner for food processing areas. The product should be used at a concentration range of 1 - 3%, preferably through a floor scrubber or alternatively, manually at a concentration range of 2 - 5% in hot water.
